The team has a commitment to supporting economic growth in the Baltimore region and working closely with its citizens. While the team is still growing, we will be working to hire local talent in the search of that second chance that many others don't wish to grant. Nela's founder, Ravi Chhatani, was an out of status immigrant for many years. Ravi believes strongly in building a company culture around hiring those in need of a second or third chance. The U.S is the land of EQUAL opportunity, and we will do our part to ensure that the "equal" part of that phrase remains intact.
Based in Baltimore
Ravi, Dan and Rogerio reside in the great city of Baltimore, Maryland. They believe that it's a great town to live and work in. In 2017, they decided to incorporate in the state of Maryland and set up shop in Fells Point (or wherever they find a quiet place to work 🙂 ).
